We begin our adventure in the Grammos Mountain, visiting the most famous village of the "Mastorochoria" - Ganadio. After a few kilometers we cross the villages of the Civil War and start climbing the Grammos Mountain through forests of oak, blacksmith, fir and beech trees.
Passing through Chrissi and Pefkofyto villages, we leave the road climbing in 1740m where we find a hidden alpine landscape - the Arrenes lakes with their unique green waters. After our coffee and the exploration of the location and the characteristics triton that lives in these lakes, we start our descent for the most famous Vlachochori - Aetomilitsa in 1500m altitude. We stop to eat and return to Konitsa.

Experienced guides lead you safely to a "forbidden" path of 8km inside the Aoos gorge, the largest Greek via ferrata.

Arriving at the Monastery of Somio & make our first stop to see the cell that st. Paisios lived.
